CoachFollow is a product of Best Partner Media LLC. By accessing or using CoachFollow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CoachFollow is a subscription-based platform that helps coaches manage client follow-ups, programs, forms, and optional calendar integrations.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use CoachFollow.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it.
You confirm that you have the legal right to collect, store, and process any client data entered into CoachFollow.
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize CoachFollow to access calendar data solely to support scheduling and display of events. You may revoke access at any time through your account or Google settings.
CoachFollow is billed as a recurring subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
CoachFollow is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
CoachFollow is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. You are solely responsible for your coaching services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachFollow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
